Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We want nothing more than customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, or you received the wrong item, we're here to gladly help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your item from the date you received it. We encourage each customer to notify us immediately of any defects in the item upon receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, please use the same packaging in which the order was delivered in. We cannot take responsibility of mishandling or damage due to shipping, but we are definitely willing to help remedy the order if it does happen. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to print for you to place on the return packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
